All bets are subject to acceptance by axibet. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of obvious errors in odds, technical malfunctions, suspected fraud, or violation of betting rules. Sports betting odds are provided in decimal format and are subject to change without notice until the bet is confirmed. Markets are settled according to official results from governing sports bodies. Live in-play betting markets are offered for selected events. Live betting is subject to delays based on data feed transmission times. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money when using axibet services. axibet is not liable for gambling losses. You may close your axibet account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Once closed, you may not reopen your account without permission from axibet management. axibet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, non-compliance with verification requests, extended periods of inactivity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform and community.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once per year. axibet will notify you via email before applying inactivity fees.
If your account is closed in good standing (no violations), all remaining funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method. If your account is terminated for violation of these terms, axibet reserves the right to confiscate remaining funds to cover any losses or damages. Bonus funds and unrealized winnings from bonus bets are not withdrawable upon termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which axibet holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of axibet services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. By using axibet, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.
In the event any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
